In 2010 Martin left his job on the factory floor of a steel fabrication company to co-found Status Social, a social media marketing consultancy, having built online communities on a number of blogs, forums online gaming channels since his teenage years. During this time, Martin delivered social media training to over 800 businesses in the East Midlands, was the UK’s first tutor for the BTEC in Social Media Marketing & delivered social media marketing campaigns for clients as diverse as UK tourist boards & international B2B trade publications.
Martin joined Katapult, a Creative England Top 50 company, in 2012 to build the inbound marketing service within the business & achieved HubSpot’s Gold Partner status in 2013, going on to deliver high-performing content marketing campaigns in the oil & gas, education, professional services, & computer software industries.
Martin is now an independent digital strategy consultant & EOS implementer, working with organisations that want to grow better.
In his spare time, Martin likes visiting Derby’s pubs, experimenting with new technologies & watching Derby County. He is also a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, TEDx Speaker & consultant for the East Midlands Chamber of Commerce.

Anna is a bilingual marketing professional who has acquired notable academic success & has over 9 years’ experience in marketing roles. Following her graduation from University of Derby in 2011, Anna started her career in marketing & achieved CIM Level 6 Professional and Level 7 Postgraduate Marketing diplomas.
Anna has extensive experience in developing marketing plans & communications for SMEs with a global offering; new product launch, branding, innovation, sales pipeline & new market entry, as well as developing new corporate identity, rebranding & managing internal change processes.
Anna regularly delivers internal marketing training & continuously seeks to develop improvement initiatives that support the achievement of business goals & objectives.
Currently, Anna holds a senior position for the country’s leading independent packaging, greeting card & point of sale manufacturer, managing the marketing function, leading several projects & working directly with the Board of Directors. Anna works closely with customers & Key Accounts, adding real value & directly impacting the business performance.
Previously worked for a higher education sector and since 2021 Anna is also a volunteer for Healthwatch, where she utilises her bilingual skills & marketing expertise to volunteer for the public sector, working alongside Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust.

Jessica is a digital marketing SME with over 25 years experience with major brands across a range of industries. With over 12 years of University and e-learning experience for the University of Queensland, Aberystwith, Cheltenham, ADMA, CIM & Google Squared Jessica also has a strong digital teaching background.
Jessica has produced content for CIM course books & university material on the subject of digital marketing. From Digital Marketing Manager at The Daily Telegraph, Jessica was part of the launch of telegraph.co.uk the first UK online Newspaper.
Jessica has also worked in the UK, Australia & France on both client & agency side. Jessica has worked with high-end agencies such as DDB & has held key positions for companies such as Telstra, Suncorp & GE. Jessica has also developed & sold her own company CreativeConnection. She is in the process of developing her second company focused on marketing consultancy & business training for women.
Jessica spends her free time traveling the world with her 4 children producing vegan family travel guides, family travel films & documentaries. Her passion in life is to teach & inspire others to use marketing principles in an ethical & innovative way & to eco-adventure travel with their kids.
