As AI technology rapidly evolves, this module equips you with the skills to respond strategically to its developments and understand its applications in marketing. You’ll gain insights into AI’s impact on the business landscape and the resources needed for implementation. The module covers three core areas: applying AI in marketing, including key concepts and benefits; examining AI’s organisational impact and ethical considerations; and developing effective plans to adapt to AI advancements, enabling a well-rounded approach to AI in marketing strategy.
Membership with CIM is required to allow students to book exams and access support and resources. All students studying CIM qualifications can join at the Affiliate Studying level for £65 per year.
The assessment for this module is a 2 hour online exam that can be taken at a time convenient for you.

If English is not your first language, you will also need to provide evidence of achieving one of the following English Language qualifications within the last two years: IELTS Academic Module with an overall score of 6.5 (each component pass mark must be 6.0 or above) or Cambridge Certificate of Advanced English grade B or above. CIM will consider other equivalent alternatives.
